My current life in four short paragraphs

Woman in Black Trenchcoat Laying on White Snow

SNOW

The snow started at around 4:00 p.m. yesterday afternoon, and it’s still coming down.  This has got to be one of the coldest, snowiest winters we’ve seen in years.  For the most part, I love the snow.  It’s pretty, and it makes me feel like staying in and getting cozy.  I’m not loving it so much this year.  Moving in this weather sucks — moving twice in this weather sucks worse.  But hey, C’est la vie (That’s Life).

EXAM

So onward I go.  My final exam is this Sunday; I will be so relieved when I finish the test and walk out the building.  One less thing to worry about.  I got 99 problems….. JK — I’m single; I ain’t got no problems.  Unless we are talking about my mental stability or Unless you count having to work for a living.  That’s kind of a problem.  I’d rather not work, but I don’t see any alternative at this point in life.

NEW HOME

On January 18, 2017, I get possession of my condo.  That’s when the fun begins.  RENOVATIONS!!!   WHOOT WHOOT.  New floors, new counter tops, new stove… I can’t wait to see it when it’s done.   More importantly, I can’t wait until it’s done, so I can move in.  I’m longing to open up the boxes I packed over two months ago.  What a luxury it will be to not be living out of my suitcase.  Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh….. heaven, it will be pure heaven.

UN-LOVE LIFE

Other Important NEWS:  I’ve given up on online dating — it doesn’t work.  Not for me at least.  I had a couple dates since the New Year, and neither worked out. In fact, I don’t think I will date again until after I move, and only if MR. F’n perfect comes knocking on my door.  Actually, it would be creepy if some strange man knocked on my door, so scratch that.

That’s it in a nutshell…. pretty exciting stuff if I do say so myself.  Stay warm friends.

Congrats on the condo! Sounds like an exciting time. 🙂

I can totally relate with having to work for a living.. If only we can live a good life without working. Lol.
